hi, i'm pujitha.

I'm 21 years old and my greatest fulfillment in life comes from discovering and becoming my authentic self. I view my social media page as a key place to do so while empowering others, especially women, to do the same. As you look through the next few pages, you'll see that authenticity is the fundamental value that weaves through everything I create.

I spent all of my high school years in the intense world of speech and debate. Though debate was something I loved deeply, the sexism and racism that came with its world made me internalize ideas that I am still trying to unlearn to this day. After years of being critiqued on my voice, tonality, appearance, and speaking style, and being taught to cater to each judge's preferences (and biases) in order to win rounds, I had become so good at seeing the world through the lens of other people that I had forgotten how to see it through my own. I lost what had always been most dear to me: my unique way of seeing and thinking about the world.

Since then, I've been on a journey to reclaim my voice and my authenticity. To not only safeguard it from societal influence but also celebrate it daily. This is the journey I am on as a social media creator, along with all the women who have chosen to join me.
